How to Make a Payment

Convenience is key at, TWL Service.We now offer invoices online, as well as online bill pay!

Acceptable Payments: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash or Check.

To Pay Online: This is the fastest, securest and safest method of payment. You will receive an invoice via email, which will allow you to make a payment Online. You will simply follow the email instructons & will be prompted to another screen where you will input your credit/debit card or direct banking information.

To Pay By Cash Or Check: You have the option to pay at the time services are rendered, or mail in all payments within a week of service.

* For all bounced checks an additional inconvenience charge of $35 will be billed to your account. 

Our Policies 

Rain: If there is rain in the forecast we will do our best to cut your yard before it rains. If we are unable to cut your yard before it rains, than we will try and fit you in ASAP on another day. The Weekenders Lawn Service will NOT cut grass while it is raining. The rain damages our equipment, it is unsafe for our employees and it makes for the overall outcome and look of your yard to be uneven and insufficient. We can't control Mother Nature and ask for your understanding and patience. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  

Breakage of Personal Property: Any property that you feel was broken by our crew during time services were being rendered must be reported immediately to our office within 24 hours of the alleged incident. The Weekenders Lawn Service will NOT be responsible for any repairs or replacement of property that is done without our knowledge/consent.  

Personal Injury: It is imperative that all residents and guests of the property stay indoors while our workers are performing their tasks for your safety. If you, your children, or guests are using an area of your yard, you may choose to have the crew finish this area first while you go indoors or you may have them skip that area until the following week. There will be no credit for having our team skip a certain area.  

No Service/Poor Service: 
If you feel we have missed your property one week or we have done a poor job, you must notify our office within 24 hrs of your scheduled job. We will examine the lawn and take the necessary steps to fix the problem. While our complaints are rare, they tend to happen during the months of May and June. Please understand that during these months this is when the grass is growing at its fastest. Switching to a time release fertilizer and/ or monitoring irrigation after heavy rainfall can help correct this problem. After the 24-hour period has expired, all work will be deemed to have been completed in a satisfactory manner and no credits or re-do’s will be issued. 

Access to Property: We recommend that the property owners furnish us with a COMBINATION lock or key to any gated areas. This allows us to enter the property and complete our tasks if the owner is unable to be present when services are being rendered. We will lock the property upon completion. If you choose to unlock the gates for us before your scheduled job, please be aware we will not be held responsible for any stolen property that may result from thieves in the neighborhood Also, please be advised that there will be no credit to your account should you forget to unlock it prior to service. We will not be responsible for damage to gates that are sagging, missing bolts or hardware, or have rotted or termite damaged wood. 

Watering Systems: For best results, please do not water the day before or morning of the day we are scheduled to service your lawn.  

Breakage to Sprinkler Heads: We will gladly repair a sprinkler head that we break with our mowers. Sometimes, we will unknowingly break a head, especially in grass that is thicker. However, the crown of a correctly installed sprinkler head should barely break the surface of the ground allowing a lawnmower to pass safely overhead. If you are concerned about your sprinkler head height new heads can be purchased for a couple of dollars at Home Depot or Lowes, or we can install them for you. Please notify us as soon as you notice a broken head, mark it, and we will send someone out promptly to repair it. We will not be responsible for third party repairs to sprinkler systems without our consent. If a sprinkler head is to break during your scheduled service, or you would like to consult a professional about your sprinkler system, Pepe Alcocer with Golden Triangle, will gladly perform any repairs needed. (817) 271-7712.  

Excess Weed Eating: We do not offer weed eating around individual sprinkler heads as part of our lawn program. All other areas within reason will be weed eated. If we are unable to weed eat a certain area we will notify owner before work is to be done on property. 

Pets: Please ensure that any animal waste is picked up the evening before we are scheduled to mow. We do NOT pick up animal waste as a part of our services. We request as a common courtesy to have animal waste removed from your hard prior to our workers performing their duties. Our employees do not wish to have to mow through, around or step in waste. This makes for an unpleasant experience and breaks their concentration from trying to do the best job possible. Also, pleaseensure that animals are put up on the days we are scheduled to mow. If you choose to leave your pet out, every effort will be made to ensure that they does not escape your yard, and we will try our best to restrain your pet, but we cannot be held responsible if an animal is to become injured or lost during our job visit. 

Third Party Fertilizing Companies: If you use a third party fertilizing company, we ask that you request they do not come on the day of our service and that they switch to a timed-release fertilizer (if they are not already using one). Besides keeping your lawn greener in-between applications, the timed-release fertilizer does not have the ‘super surge’ in growth 7-10 days following application that the cheaper fertilizers give. This surge can be hard to manage, even on a 7-day cutting basis, resulting in a poorer cut. 

Cancellation of services: 
For Large Jobs: If a down payment is given to TWL Service for materials on a big job the amount is not refundable due to cancellation of job. 
Weekly or Bi-Weekly Customers: The customers can cancel at anytime. We request 24 hour notice before services are to be rendered. In the event the customer failed to notify us in a timely manner, and we either perform job or are only notified upon our arrival to property than the customer will be billed a $35.00 inconvenience fee. So, please call us!!!!!!!
